Returns & Refunds

Returns: unworn pairs in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start, email direction@asyabio.com with your order number.

Refunds: once we receive and check your return, we refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Exchanges: want a different color? Email us and we'll help.

Defective or wrong item: we'll make it right at no cost — send a photo and your order number.
